Lauren Bringle is a writer and yoga teacher based in Austin, Texas. Her writing has been featured on the This World Exists adventure travel blog, Conscious Connections Online Magazine, and various University of Texas at Austin (UT) departmental websites and publications. She also served as a founding instructor on the YogATX YouTube Channel, and her “Beginner’s Guide to Yoga Basics” ebook is now available on Amazon.
She is currently a writer on retainer for the Wireless Networking and Communications Group and the Center for Transportation Research, two organized research units at UT where she covers topics related to science and technology, urban transportation and policy, and academic, industrial and governmental partnerships. She is also on retainer with The Gallery San Diego, a nonprofit community art and yoga space that enriches lives through educational and inspirational experiences in conjunction with its parent organization the Tommy E. Short Charitable Foundation.
