The Random Grind

On my blog, Search for the Perhaps , I used to do a segment called the Daily Grind. While I really loved that segment, and writing that segment, when I was traveling through Costa Rica, it’s a little harder to maintain that level of consistency when I’m back in my regular routine of life.

At first I wasn’t sure what to call this. Well, it couldn’t really be the “daily” grind, I thought. That name might be misleading. The “weekly” grind might not be a thing either. So I decided to call it the random grind. Because, randomly and whenever I feel like it, you will get to read my equivalent of the daily grind in sporadic form :).

So here you go:

  1. Anger can sometimes feel like a drug, it gets you high.
  2. The trick is learning to surf the anger waves so it doesn’t consume us. That is a tough trick.
  3. I recommend that, whenever you need help with this, you look at a picture of a puppy.
  4. Or, if it floats your boat, a picture of a kitten.
  5. Or a baby sea turtle….


Because seriously! DAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!
